Attention Researchers
& RIAS Preparers:
All radioactive
materials must be shipped directly to REHS. REHS
is responsible for receiving; processing and transporting
all radioactive materials and ensuring University compliance
with state and federal agencies. If a radioactive
materials package is delivered directly to your lab
by a vendor or carrier - Do not open the package.
Report the package to REHS immediately.
The RIAS
system does not auto-populate the “Ship To” field with
the REHS address, therefore you must manually change
the delivery address. Please ensure a copy of
this procedure is provided to all RIAS preparers in
your department.
