Principle Investigator Laboratory Self-Inspection Checklist
Principal
Investigators are required to conduct quarterly self-inspections
of their laboratories using the above checklist. Violations
identified by the self-inspection must be corrected.
The completed forms should be submitted to the respective
Department Chair or their designee. If you have any
questions or require further assistance, please contact
